Principal Scott Brady is an award-winning architect with over 36 years of experience in all phases of architecture and project management with a unique background of experience in architecture, naval architecture, and design-build. He has experience in a wide variety of project types including government, military, education, institutional, office, retail, religious, industrial, multi-family and resort projects. Scott has worked on numerous projects for a variety of clients including the City of Jacksonville, FL, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Scott is a LEED® Accredited Professional and has served as the LEED® Project Administrator on multiple Department of Defense projects. His skills include a passion for the preparation of construction documents and specifications, implementing design quality control, maintaining a thorough knowledge of applicable building and life safety codes and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and construction administration.
