LS3P  strives  to  meet  or  surpass  the  guidelines  of  various public agencies  regarding  small  business  concerns, striving to create opportunities for small businesses to participate in public contracts by providing their A/E related services to LS3P. These small businesses include  woman-owned  small  businesses (WOSB),  small  businesses  (SB)  owned  and  controlled  by  socially  and  economically disadvantaged individuals (SDB), veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned  small  businesses (SDVOSB), and  HUBZone  small  businesses.

The  LS3P  team  has developed working  relationships  with  numerous qualified  small  business  participants  and actively seek  their  participation in our projects. We do everything possible to meet the goals of each solicitation while providing high quality, cost effective services under each public contract.

LS3P has a history of developing and tracking small business subcontracting plans; actual performance  depends  greatly  on  the  type  and  magnitude  of  the  various  public contracts  awarded.  The firm’s most difficult task has been identifying companies  owned  by  Veterans  and  Service  Disabled  Veterans  that  provide  building  and  site  related  A/E  services.  We monitor our plan regularly and report progress. LS3P  continues  to  look  for  other  firms with  proven  track  records  who  can  assist  in meeting  subcontracting  goals  and  offer  subcontracting  opportunities  when  appropriate  skills  and  disciplines align with the solicitation requirements.
