Olivia Frick is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in marketing, project management, and business development for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) firms in Florida. As a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, she possesses a strong foundation in the field. Olivia is part of LS3P’s business development team, serving the greater Savannah/northern Florida area.

As an Advisory Board Member for the ACE Mentor Program of America, Olivia contributes to mentoring and fostering the next generation of professionals in the architecture, construction, and engineering fields. Additionally, her service on the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission reflects her dedication to the preservation and development of significant architectural and historical aspects of the community.

Olivia’s membership with the UFHealth Heroes Council underscores her commitment to initiatives related to healthcare and community well-being. Furthermore, her position as the District Council Chair of ULI (Urban Land Institute) North Florida demonstrates her leadership and influence in shaping sustainable and thriving urban environments.

Recognizing her outstanding contributions and leadership, Olivia Frick was honored with the “40 under 40” award by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2022.
