Bryan Beerman, AIA, LEED GA, NCARB


Associate Principal

Associate Principal Bryan Beerman brings architectural concepts to life through charrettes, sketching, and hand-rendering to engage clients in authentic discussion about design and community. Bryan is a passionate advocate of using design to create a unique sense of place and cultural vibrancy within a city, and understands that a walkable, thriving public realm plays an integral role in strengthening an urban environment’s vitality and economy. A graduate of Ball State University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture, Bryan leads conceptual design efforts across diverse teams, sectors, and offices; he has led numerous client charrettes and development studies with an emphasis on master planning, conceptual design, and community-centered projects.

Bryan is actively engaged in the academic community, teaching architecture design studio and professional practice at Clemson University. He serves as an Architect Licensing Advisor for Clemson and is a frequent guest reviewer at other schools, including serving on the Professional Advisory Board at Ball State University, where he was recognized with the Graduate of the Last Decade Award and the AIA Henry Adams Medal. Bryan also serves on the AIA Greenville Emerging Professionals Team as a liaison between Clemson and the profession; his AIA engagement includes service at the local and state levels, and he has held multiple leadership positions at Grace Lutheran Church.
