Tides IV is a 56-unit luxury condominium project in the quaint town of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.  The building consists of seven levels of condominiums over one level of parking for a total of 155,000 SF.  Amenities include a 2,000 SF owner’s retreat, and a dramatic pool terrace that overlooks the beautiful marsh and Cooper River.  The building structure is post-tensioned concrete and the skin is a combination of brick, cast stone and eifs.
