The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards community selected LS3P to design a new 20,000 sq ft clubhouse. The new clubhouse will feature a pro shop, dining facility and bar, and men’s and women’s locker rooms and lounges. The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards is located along the shores of one of the Carolinas’ most pristine lakes and is home to the Tom Fazio golf course.
