The Heartwood Del Webb Amenity Center is a single-story, 15,000 square foot facility designed to seamlessly connect homeowners with nature while offering spaces for relaxation and socialization. This center includes a community room, event space, catering kitchen, fitness room, varsity room, indoor pool, and an outdoor amenity pool with cabanas. Additionally, the project features a 1,200 square foot Boat House equipped with a kitchen, open gathering space, and a wooden dock extending over the water, providing a picturesque setting for gatherings and leisure activities.

The interior design of the amenity center reimagines the classic boathouse with a modern twist, blending sleek architectural lines with rich contrasting tones of dark and light. Inspired by waterfront craftsmanship, the design features exposed beams, shiplap accents, and expansive glass elements that create a seamless connection to the outdoors. A sophisticated palette of deep charcoals, crisp whites, and warm wood tones enhances the contemporary aesthetic while maintaining a sense of rustic elegance.
