This conceptual design for this distributor featured a distinctive roofline that recalls the angular trademark of Anheuser-Busch beverage products. This “warehouse for the next generation,” provides a state-of-the-art, controlled environment warehouse/distribution facility as well as office facility. The sales area, the heart of the company’s business operations, opens up to a continuous exterior window wall prioritizing natural light and views. Exhibition spaces located throughout the facility accommodate rotating displays of the company’s history and corporate vision. Building amenities include a 3,000 SF hospitality room, complete with a commercial kitchen and state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities, and a fitness center for employees overlooking a lushly landscaped courtyard.
