Gragg and Woodward Office Buildings at Ballantyne

LS3P designed twin 10-story towers in Ballantyne Corporate Park to add more Class ‘A’ office options for companies considering relocations and expansions to Charlotte. The Gragg and Woodward Office Buildings and their two adjoining parking decks occupy 9.4 Acres of land. The buildings total 545,904 SF and are adjacent to the Hayes and Irby Buildings. At the time of their completion the buildings represented the largest speculative office project in the nation.

The two buildings each include two-story lobbies and all-glass exterior curtain walls and feature balconies on all upper floors, allowing tenants to further enjoy unparalleled views to the golf course. The two precast parking decks, each containing five levels of parking provide a total of 1,860 parking spaces. A central courtyard with plantings, fountains, hardscape and outdoor furnishings provides tenants a place to gather, relax and enjoy the outdoors. The green space ecologically filters stormwater for groundwater recharge. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
