Appalachian State University Health Sciences Complex

LS3P provided advance planning, programming, and design for this new $64 million College of Health Sciences Complex. The building’s complex program includes lab space for diverse programs such as anatomy and physiology, human performance, body composition, biomechanics, sports psychology, athletic training, physical therapy, and nutrition. Specialized spaces include nursing skills/simulation labs, a cadaver lab, instructional clinic space, and counseling assessment areas. The facility also features classrooms, lecture spaces, administrative and faculty offices, and student amenities such as study spaces and a commons area.
