Central Carolina Technical College Health Sciences Building

Sumter, SC

This 69,000 SF renovation of a former car parts store provides a state-of-the-art health education facility for Central Carolina Technical College’s allied health programs. Training spaces include simulation labs, mock operating rooms, classrooms, and computer labs. A modern precast and glass building entry creates a welcoming facade on Main Street, providing a new street presence as part of a neighborhood revitalization effort.
