Currently under design, 111 Ann Street is a new six-story, 220 unit multi-family apartment building. It will be part of a center for activity in Savannah’s historic district. The design incorporates below-grade parking and a cross laminated timber structure which creates dramatic exposed wood elements throughout the building. The bright interiors are tailored to a diverse young professional clientele, and the massing separates the building’s form into smaller volumes to reduce the overall scale and complement the surrounding built environment.
