Joshua Coates incorporates his expertise from previous professional work as an electrical foreman and architectural model builder in the process of design, and his multifaceted experience is invaluable in understanding interrelated building components. A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Joshua works on a variety of diverse commercial and aviation projects in the Charlotte area.
