Deborah Lukan, AIA, LEED AP, joins LS3P’s Charlotte office as the Workplace Sector Leader. With an impressive background as a project director and architectural designer, Deborah has overseen the project management of multiyear complex projects for high-end mixed-use developments, global campuses, corporate headquarters, and repositioning projects achieving 27 prestigious awards for her built work. With nearly 12 million GSF of LEED Gold and Platinum certification achieved, she is an advocate for advancing each project’s sustainable design certification.

At her previous firm, Deborah was a champion for young designers and initiated a studio-wide mentor program to achieve licensure. As an NCARB State Supervisor, she imbued her passion to countless designers who are now successful architects. She was active in both AIA Connecticut and AIA Silicon Valley to support efforts that assure greater equitable access to the profession. Deborah looks forward to participating in Women in Architecture Committee and she’s also recently joined CREW Charlotte.
