Brian Tiede, AIA, LEED AP, is a Higher Ed Market Leader and Senior Project Manager based in LS3P’s Raleigh office. Brian brings over 24 years of experience in diverse designs for higher education, K-12, healthcare, and commercial projects. Brian earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated cum laude; his notable recent projects include the UNC-Greensboro Nursing & Instructional Building, Sandhills Community College Nursing Building, the UNC-Chapel Hill McColl Building Addition and Renovation, and North Wake College and Career Academy. His interests also include sustainability, technology, and building science.
