LS3P’s Columbia office was founded in 2004, by Office Leader Mary Beth Sims Branham – with a computer, ambition, and a dining room table.  In 2005, when the office had grown to 6 staff members, the team was awarded the design for a $100 million building program by York School District One which included a new $80 million high school.  Now located in Columbia’s Vista District, the office has developed a diverse portfolio of K-12, higher education, civic, and corporate projects with a staff average of 20.

According to Sims Branham, a Columbia native, “It is has been a privilege to establish a local presence for LS3P in our Capital City. Thanks to our great clients in the Midlands and all around the state, the Columbia office has continued to grow and play a part in the design of many exciting projects that have helped shape the way people live, learn, play and work. This is what our passion for architecture is all about.”
