Debuting September 9, 2023 for the first home game of the season, the latest AECOM + LS3P collaboration delivered a holistic transformation for Lot 5, Tiger Walk, and game-day operations that enhances fan engagement and optimizes locker rooms, traffic flow and game-day facilities.

AECOM + LS3P in partnership with Land Planning Associates, helped conceive the new vision for Lot 5, once again balancing the distinct operational needs of game day in The Valley, the tradition and experience of the pregame Tiger Walk and the core functionality of campus parking. The result is a more intentional network of vehicular and pedestrian connections and a more formal procession for Tiger players and fans alike on Football Saturdays. At Field Level, the game-day football locker room has been modernized and expanded. Training and equipment rooms are right sized for gameday only functionality and a new dedicated field access tunnel reorganizes and redistributes game-day traffic on the busy west side of the stadium.
