AvidXchange Corporate Headquarters
AvidXchange, a national automated bill payment solutions company, commissioned LS3P to design the core, shell, and interior space for their new 200,000 SF office building located at the North Carolina Music Factory in Charlotte, NC.
Phase 1 of the building is a 6-story office building with a 6-level parking deck which can accommodate 787 cars. The exterior of the office building is precast concrete with a brick veneer. It has an aluminum curtain wall with clear gray and blue glazing.
The first floor of the building will be the employee amenity level, which offers fitness experiences, cafe, putting green, locker rooms and a monumental stadium stair atrium. Typical office floors accommodate open offices, breakrooms and private meeting spaces. The third floor has a 100-seat training room with prefunction space for events.
Phase 2 of the project will be a second 6-story, 200,000 SF office building with an amenities building containing a basketball court with a mezzanine track, as well as an outdoor roof terrace. An additional 6-level, 400-space parking deck will accompany the second phase.
