Senior Associate

LS3P’s Sustainability Leader, Leigh Pfeiffer, joins our Greenville office and will serve as a firmwide sustainability and high performance design resource. With a Bachelors and Masters in Architecture from Tulane University, Leigh has nearly 30 years of architectural design experience and 16 years of teaching at the university level for sustainable design studios. She has worked as a thesis committee member for the last decade alongside Bachelors and Masters students with AIA and USGBC top awarded projects, competition wins, and has produced and implemented original sustainable-focused syllabi and courses.

Previously, Leigh was involved in urban planning in California, Florida, Germany, and China, with responsibilities ranging from design and implementation to construction documents and LEED documentation. She has spent the last 5 years working with a structural engineer to push her knowledge and design integration further while consulting with architectural firms.
