Andrew Bennington brings two decades of legal and risk management experience across the public and private sectors to his role as an advisor to the firm’s Business Team. He provides guidance on areas including contracts, compliance, litigation support, and insurance. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to practicing law, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a platoon commander and company executive officer with the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division, earning a Combat Action Ribbon and a Presidential Unit Citation during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
