Tanya De Leon is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate at LS3P whose work focuses on bridging design excellence, sustainability, and practice. With experience across multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, civic, commercial and K–12 sectors, she brings a systems-oriented approach to project leadership grounded in thoughtful problem-solving, interdisciplinary collaboration and efficient processes.

At LS3P, Tanya contributes to firm resources aligned with the AIA Framework for Design Excellence, including sector playbooks, collaborative workshop resources, and implementation tools intended to embed climate action, resilience, health, equity, and long-term performance into everyday practice. Her work emphasizes operationalizing design excellence through repeatable workflows, mentorship, and the advancement of best practices across project teams.

Tanya holds a Master of Architecture from the New School of Architecture & Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Art Education from the University of Florida.
