Sarah Mobraten is a Senior Project Manager and Vice President | Principal in LS3P’s Raleigh office. She oversees hiring and recruitment and helps champion a positive work culture that fosters development and growth opportunities for the Raleigh team. With nearly 20 years of experience, Sarah has worked on a variety of project types ranging from small renovations to large, complex public campuses.

Well versed in managing projects throughout design and construction, Sarah’s experience spans commercial, hospitality, K-12 and Higher Education. Her professional and community involvement includes serving as a member of the NC Code Officials Qualifications Board, completing Leadership Raleigh Class 41 through the Raleigh Chamber, and serving on the task force committee for the Raleigh Chamber Women’s Leadership Conference since 2024.
