Evans General Contractors engaged LS3P to create new workplaces in several locations. Two recent locations in Greenville and Raleigh highlight how the design reflects the firm’s culture of performance, flexibility, and craftsmanship. LS3P translated Evans’ core values—safety, quality, and sustainability—into a cohesive, adaptable design framework that reinforces both identity and capability.

Expressing Brand Through Design
The team seamlessly integrated Evans’ brand throughout the space, using corporate colors with intention and energy. Strategic red accents in flooring and feature walls create a dynamic visual rhythm while maintaining a clean, professional environment. Built by Evans General Contractors’ own team, the spaces showcase their expertise, with crisp detailing and refined execution underscoring a commitment to excellence.
Key moments within the workplace further express the brand story. A live moss wall at reception provides an immediate, memorable connection to sustainability in Raleigh, while Greenville’s lobby is rooted in hospitality. The breakroom’s placement at the front of the suite encourages interaction, collaboration, and hospitality for both employees and visitors.
