Manufacturing for Growth
The 129,000 SF facility provides dedicated manufacturing space for heavy timber and cross-laminated timber (CLT) wall systems, supporting DIRTT’s expanding role in sustainable building solutions. Designed with a 180′ x 720′ footprint and capacity for future expansion to 229,000 SF, the facility balances immediate operational needs with long-term adaptability. Insulated precast concrete walls and an insulated metal panel rear façade create a durable, efficient envelope while allowing for seamless future growth. Strategic loading docks positioned at opposite ends of the building streamline the movement of raw materials and finished products, supporting an efficient production workflow.
