David serves as LS3P’s National Hospitality Market Leader, guiding the firm’s strategic vision, market growth, and design excellence across its hospitality portfolio nationwide. With a deep appreciation for Charleston’s architectural heritage, he brings more than two decades of experience delivering complex mixed‑use, residential, service, and hospitality projects for both public and private clients. A 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University’s College of Architecture, David joined LS3P in 1998 and has built a reputation for elevating design outcomes through thoughtful leadership and a collaborative approach.

His contributions to the profession and the community have been recognized through notable industry honors, including the AIA Young Architect Award and Mississippi State’s Art and Design Alumni of the Year Award. David has held key leadership roles within the AIA, including President of AIA Charleston, Young Architect Director for the South Atlantic Region, and service on the MSU SARC Advisory Board. He is also actively engaged in the Charleston community through his involvement with the Executive Association of Greater Charleston, Trident United Way, and his leadership roles with Communities in Schools.
