Daniela Ayers, International Assoc. AIA, brings over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of experiential design and placemaking. Daniela is an added technical resource for visualization tools and Building Information Modeling (BIM) during the schematic design process. She is skilled at creating branded environments that are dynamic, personal and unique to their context and place, and she has extensive knowledge of best practices for 21st century office design. Her creative expertise and technical skills are instrumental in successful project delivery; notable recent projects include multi-award-winning Live Oak Bank, IKA Works Office Building, Wilson Center Humanities and Fine Arts Center, and Girls Leadership of Wilmington (GLOW) Academy. Her GLOW Academy and Tru Colors Brewery designs are examples of her use of architecture as an instrument for public service, creating inspired spaces where underprivileged communities can flourish.
