This residential project creates a vibrant, intimate community for senior students. The design provides 4-bedroom apartments in two buildings that enclose a landscaped courtyard. Common areas include a multi-purpose pavilion, seminar rooms and group study areas that integrate living and learning into the senior experience. The architecture reflects the campus heritage, fitting into the context of the overall campus while bringing a new identity to senior student housing.
