Senior Associate Bryanna Dering serves as a Project Architect in LS3P’s Charleston office. While she has experience in a variety of project types, she focuses primarily on multi-family housing, affordable housing, and mixed-use developments. Her notable projects include One80 Place’s 573 Meeting Street and Courier Square Phase II.

A graduate from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Industrial Design, Bryanna Dering joined the firm in 2018. She is an accredited Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) and a LEED® Green Associate. She also holds a current NCARB certificate. In her free time, she serves on the Board for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Charleston.
