Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School Ribbon Cutting
We are proud to celebrate the opening of the New Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School!
On Friday July 24, 2026, we attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the New Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School. This state-of-the-art facility is situated on a 92-acre site and is nearly 300,000 square feet. The new school has an auditorium with 545 seats and a new gym that has capacity of just under 3,000 seats. The football stadium will have 3,000 seats on the home side and 1,500 seats on the visitor side. The stadium has a two-story press box and a field house that is just under 15,000 square feet. There are 4 tennis courts, soccer field, band practice field, baseball and softball fields.
It is an honor to celebrate the opening of the new Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School. Orangeburg-Wilkinson has a history of preparing students for college and great careers and this new facility will help continue this tradition with a future-focused environment that creates and fosters students’ success.
