Last week marked the dedication of North GA Credit Union’s new corporate office / branch in Toccoa, GA. The two story LS3P designed facility was another LS3P – J Davis Construction Design-Build collaboration. Simulated wood, stone, and environmental graphics pay homage to the serene NE GA surroundings. The facility includes a 2nd floor board and outdoor deck that will also serve to host community organizations.

 

Consistent with LS3P’s vision statement on enriching community, when describing the importance of this building in Toccoa, Brian Akin, NGCU’s CEO stated “You get out of community what you put into it.” He also mentioned that he’s had several people approach him to tell him “this is the most beautiful building in Toccoa!” Congrats to the LS3P team! Brittney Myers, Dan Jenkins, and Mark Levine attended last weeks festivities.
