Last week, Dan Scheaffer joined Dr. Laura Ullrich (Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond), Dotan Zuckerman (Portman Holdings), Brian Hall (Samet Construction) and Lisa Taylor (Greystar) for the 2024 Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast hosted by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Dan represented LS3P as the Office Market expert and provided over 500 attendees with an update on our current commercial market.
