The Wilmington office celebrated the ribbon cutting of the City of Wilmington’s City Hall upfit! The City held a grand opening before its first council meeting in the new space, with Charles Boney, Chris Lucas, Danny Adams, Emily Patterson, and Rosemary Large in attendance. This project consisted of upfitting an approximately 37,500 SF suite in a former commercial office building that the City purchased in 2023. It helped move the City towards its goal of consolidating many of its municipal offices in one building, while providing a beautiful, open, and modern facility for city council and its constituents.
