Located in Wallace Creek, this 180,430-square-foot, three-story General Officer Headquarters Building for II MEF brings together command, training, and operational functions within a cohesive and highly organized campus. The project includes the Headquarters, Littoral Warfare Training Center (LWTC), Watch Floor COC, classrooms, and an auditorium, supported by 775 parking spaces, a parade deck with viewing stands, secure and non-secure loading docks, and dedicated hardstand for CONEX and trailer storage. The design establishes a clear hierarchy of spaces and circulation while supporting both daily operations and large-scale gatherings.
