Nicole Sells is an Architect in LS3P’s Charlotte office. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University (2014). Nicole is a Registered Architect licensed in the state of North Carolina since February 2021 and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Nicole brings nearly nine years of professional experience to her role, with a primary focus on healthcare architecture, including both outpatient and inpatient environments. Her project experience also includes work in community, foodservice, and financial sectors, contributing to a well-rounded and adaptable design approach.
