Novel Hernandez joins LS3P as a Senior Architect in the Raleigh office. Novel holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from Florida International University. Over the years, Novel has built an impressive portfolio in architecture and design, gaining extensive expertise across a wide variety of project types. Recently, he has been working on over a dozen multifamily projects in Raleigh, establishing valuable relationships with developers, contractors, and building officials throughout the state. Novel’s passion lies in guiding projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction. He is deeply acquainted with many aspects of design and construction, both in the office and on the job site. Known for being detail-oriented, design-focused, and a strong communicator, Novel will be a great asset to our team. As a Senior Architect, Novel will be working with the healthcare team.
