Daniela Ayers was invited by Cape Fear Community College’s Nixon Leaders Center to share her professional and leadership journey to students. For Women’s History Month, the Nixon Leader Center hosted a series of “Motivation Monday” events featuring women in leadership across various sectors. The center “focuses on increasing the graduation, retention, and transferring of underrepresented populations of students enrolled at CFCC.”
