With more than 27 years of experience in the architecture and design-related fields, Bob Pressley serves as a Senior Project Manager in LS3P’s Wilmington office for a variety of project types, such as commercial, civic, residential, healthcare, and senior living. His primary responsibilities include fee and contract negotiation, staffing of projects and oversight of financial performance, and business development. Critical to his role is securing entitlement approvals for projects, scheduling and phasing of work, and seeing projects through not only permitting but construction as well. His strengths include strong presentation, project management, and design skills with an in-depth technical knowledge of building systems.
