Orangeburg County School District, LS3P, and MB Kahn recently celebrated the topping out of the new Robert E. Howard Elementary School in Orangeburg, SC. The 120,000 SF on-site replacement school is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027. The school will consolidate 3 existing elementary schools in the district and will serve approximately 1,000 students ranging from Pre-K to 5th grade.
