Associate Principal Wil Drennan brings nearly 25 years of experience and a deep passion for design excellence to every project. His work is rooted in a human-centric approach, crafting interior environments that elevate the way people experience space. As a project manager and lead designer across a diverse portfolio—including commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, K-12, and civic projects—Wil has developed a comprehensive understanding of design principles, practices, and aesthetics.

Wil thrives on anticipatory thinking and proactive solutions, and he is particularly intrigued by the impact of lighting on human health and behavior—leveraging this knowledge to create interiors that truly enhance well-being. Beyond his design expertise, Wil is known for his collaborative spirit, storytelling ability, and commitment to authentic team building and problem solving.

As a Senior Interior Designer in LS3P’s Charlotte office, Wil also leads the firmwide Interior Design Learning Community, championing strategies that integrate interiors from the earliest stages of design to deliver holistic, client-centered environments. A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Master of Architecture, Wil is actively engaged in professional and community service. He currently serves on the Rock Hill Board of Historic Review and is a former member and Board Chair of the Palmetto Community Free Clinic.
