Residential Design & Living Experience
Wildflower Square consists of two independent living “hybrid” apartment buildings that blend the best qualities of traditional apartments with the character and spaciousness of garden homes. Each building includes a level of covered, enclosed parking and indoor amenity spaces, with three additional residential floors organized around four corner apartments per level, for a total of 24 residences.
Floor plans range from 1,700 to 2,100 SF and feature open-concept layouts, high ceilings, and expansive windows that welcome abundant natural light. Large covered balconies extend the living space outdoors, providing residents with comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
Comfort, Personalization, & Community
A variety of customizable interior finishes allows residents to tailor their homes to reflect their individual preferences and lifestyles. This emphasis on personalization creates living spaces that feel both comfortable and distinctly their own.
Complementing the residences, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor gathering areas encourage interaction and connection among neighbors.
