Guided by extensive engagement with healthcare leaders, staff, and community stakeholders, the design reflects a holistic approach to wellness—translating operational goals into an environment that elevates both the patient and caregiver experience.
Design Details
The facility houses family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, orthopedics, internal medicine, neurology, digestive health, heart and vascular care, nuclear medicine, and advanced imaging services. Organized around centralized patient check-in and staff support spaces, the clinics employ Lean design principles, including dual-entry exam rooms and optimized care team work areas, to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and patient flow.
Integrated within the facility, the Orthopaedic Surgery Center of Panther Creek represents a forward-thinking partnership between a leading health system and private orthopedic practice. Designed for flexibility and future growth, the center includes an operating room, two procedure rooms, 13 universal prep/recovery bays, and a dedicated sterile processing department, creating a high-performance environment that supports exceptional outpatient care.
