Connecting Campus & Community

The design strengthens the relationship between the McColl Building and the broader campus through a series of thoughtfully integrated outdoor environments. Tiered plazas, rain gardens, and a bioretention pond create a sustainable landscape framework that enhances the campus experience, preserves views to nature, and fosters gathering, collaboration, and connection.

Design Details

Supporting the evolving needs of the business school, the project introduces expanded learning environments, updated classrooms, and consolidated staff spaces while addressing future campus growth through comprehensive land planning, infrastructure improvements, and enhanced circulation. Clear pedestrian and vehicular routes, combined with expanded parking capacity, create a resilient and adaptable framework for the next generation of business education.
