The 30,000 SF, two-story clubhouse brings residents together within a welcoming environment that features expansive gathering spaces, distinct dining venues, fitness facilities, spa amenities, and thoughtfully integrated administrative and support functions, creating a destination that supports both everyday living and special occasions.

Designed for Exploration

Rooted in the active lifestyle of the Lake Norman region, the club extends beyond traditional amenities to offer a comprehensive recreation experience.
