The design draws from the architectural character of the surrounding community, blending traditional detailing with a refined contemporary aesthetic. This balance is reflected in the substantial moldings throughout the lobby and dining areas, complemented by the clean lines of gray paneling and modern finishes.
Thoughtful accents create visual cohesion across the public spaces. Rich blue tones highlight the bar area, while a circular coffered ceiling establishes a distinctive focal point and connects adjacent gathering spaces. Custom flooring and carpet patterns introduce a subtle vintage influence, and soft gold railings around the Commons area echo the geometry of the ceiling design while complementing decorative lighting elements.
Arches, a recurring feature in the region’s residential architecture, reinforce a sense of familiarity and permanence, contributing to a welcoming environment that feels both elegant and approachable.
