The project is organized around a three-level, 275-space structured parking deck that is wrapped with residential units, amenities, and ground-floor retail, creating an active and pedestrian-friendly environment.
Located near Savannah’s waterfront, the community offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles.
