Noah Morris serves as LS3P’s National Living Market Leader and brings over 20 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction. Noah plays a key leadership role in driving strategic planning initiatives that enhance team member engagement and cultural development. His expertise spans a wide range of multi-family housing project types, with a strong focus on affordable housing having led the design teams of more than two dozen Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities in North Carolina.

Noah has extensive experience creating successful teams and leading them in a diverse range of efforts and project phases such as client and project management, community engagement, master planning, design, and construction.
