This 90,000 SF corporate headquarters expansion integrates subtle exterior detailing that reflects nCino’s technology-focused mission. The core and shell design responds to the surrounding context, while targeted façade renovations to the existing building create a seamless relationship between the original structure and the expansion. Inside, a coastal-inspired materials palette brings warmth and continuity to a variety of collaboration, amenity, and gathering spaces.
A Comprehensive Campus Expansion
The project scope included core and shell architecture, interior design, and a new 600-car parking garage, creating a unified campus experience for employees and visitors. Building on a longstanding relationship with the client, the expansion complements the original facility, which was designed by LS3P in 2005, while supporting the organization’s continued growth and evolving workplace needs.
