A New Hub for Campus Living

The development combines housing, dining, and student support services into a cohesive campus experience. A signature building overlooking The Oval houses the 20,000 SF Oval Marketplace dining facility along with administrative offices, a front desk, mailroom, multipurpose spaces, and graduate student lofts. Serving as a transition between the academic core and residential areas, the building establishes a unique architectural character while connecting campus districts. The residence halls respond to the site’s dramatic topography by stepping down the landscape, creating a dynamic composition that integrates with the natural terrain and enhances views across campus.
