Charlotte Office Leader and LS3P Board Member Nathan Daniel brings over 20 years of architecture and design experience, successfully leading a variety of private development and public-based projects. His most notable projects include the Ten30 Corporate Campus, the AvidXchange Headquarters, Cato Corporation Headquarters, and the many campuses for Elevation Church. Nathan excels in developing and maintaining long, productive, and meaningful relationships with clients and strategically leading internal teams from project visioning through completion. Nathan has also guided the firm’s Workplace practice, demonstrating his influence and expertise in the field.

Beyond his professional commitments, Nathan’s community engagement is extensive. He currently serves on the ULI Advisory Board and the ULI Charlotte Management Committee, leading community outreach initiatives. He is also an active member in NAIOP Charlotte and has volunteered with ACE Mentorship, CBF, Habitat for Humanity, The Dove’s Nest, and The Harvest Center of Charlotte.
