Programmed for Success

From the earliest stages of planning, the project embraces an integrated delivery approach, aligning programming, room standardization, operational planning, and budget validation to accelerate decision-making and maximize long-term value.

Central to the project’s success is the use of Target Value Delivery, a highly collaborative methodology that brings the owner, design team, and construction manager together in real time to balance design excellence, schedule, and cost. This shared approach promotes innovation, transparency, and informed decision-making throughout the process, resulting in a facility that is both highly efficient and deeply responsive to the needs of patients, caregivers, and the broader community.

Design Details

The campus establishes a flexible framework for expansion, with planned hospital additions and future medical office buildings seamlessly integrated into the master plan. The project also advances healthcare construction through strategic prefabrication and modularization, incorporating exterior wall panels, prefabricated mechanical and electrical assemblies, elevator systems, and bathroom pods to improve quality, accelerate delivery, and reduce waste. Coupled with early-release construction packages, these strategies reflect a sophisticated systems-based approach that redefines how healthcare environments are envisioned, delivered, and sustained—creating a resilient, high-performance campus built to support evolving care delivery for decades to come.
